Pileus – 98.70 mm diameter, bright yellow ochre, when young, oval, then becomes conical to convex to broadly convex when mature, surface smooth with tiny scales.

Stipe - 15.66 mm long, smooth, yellow, thick, equal in the upper part, base becomes enlarged.

Spores -hyaline

Ecology - saprophyte, on leaf litter, lawn, solitary or cluster

Edibility - poisonous
