Pileus - 31.30 mm diameter, hemispherical or bell shaped to convex, smooth surface, margin wavy or split when mature, light brown to light gray as it matures.

Stipe - 94.95 mm long, slender, equal but slightly enlarged at the base, smooth, centrally attached to the pileus

Ecology - saprophyte on animal dung or soil, solitary or scattered

Edibility - not edible, hallucinogenic
